  1. htextra in EVENT_PREGAME always -1

    17 October 2014 - 08:33 PM

Checking htextra in EVENT_PREGRAME always returns -1 for me in r4643. Is that a bug?

    gamevar temp 0 0
    onevent EVENT_PREGAME
        getactor[THISACTOR].htextra temp
        addlogvar temp

While exchanging fire with a trooper:

  2. Trouble with Lunatic build on Linux

    27 June 2014 - 07:59 PM

Linux Mint Petra 64bit, I built with patched lpeg 0.12 linked to the source directory, and the modified as specified luajit 2.0.3 built and installed to /usr/local/. I'm running from where the executable was built.

  3. Can't build 3708 or later

    30 April 2013 - 09:32 AM

Revision 3707 works, the changes to startgtk.game.c in 3708 appear to be the issue. 3717-3715 and 3708 definitely don't build.

    gcc (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5) 4.6.3

  4. Game crashes after setup randomly; fps drops out at start of map

    10 January 2010 - 07:44 PM

Randomly, when I click start on the setup screen, the game exits. This definitely happens with r1582, I think it happened with r1571 as well.

Also since 1571 I've had the fps drop to 1 and lower at the start of a map. Sometimes it will recover somewhat but remain choppy if I wait it out, but not always. It only seems to happen for the second map I play, regardless of which one (even if it's the same map). After that point, I can only manage to operate the menu, and only by holding down each key until it clicks.

The only anomalous messages I get are cache misses and reports of garbage data in the cache. I've tried clearing it several times, but there isn't any lasting effect.

This is on Ubuntu 9.10 x86-64.
  5. CON parsing bugs

    07 September 2009 - 07:16 AM

Maybe I'm the only one that cares, but the new "whitespace" characters don't work with setplayer or definesound.
