  1. [RELEASE] The Theme Park

    PLEASE READ BEFORE PLAYING!

    To play the map properly, bring out everything from the zip (Sounds, art, con,), and put it in your Eduke32 folder. After that, run the .bat that was included in the zip.


    The Theme Park

    This is just your average everyday theme park, but it's filled with aliens.

    The story is Duke wanted to go to a Theme Park for his vacation. But then he found out that the Aliens had taken over the Theme Park. So it's up to Duke to clear out the Theme Park filled with Aliens. (Yep back with sucky stories :P )

    This is my fifth map for Duke 3D. I started this one back in November, and finished in February. This is probably my biggest map yet for I just reached the original 1024 sector limit, and 8192 wall limit.

    This level includes 4 new enemies, plus 4 returning enemies. Firstly is the Pig in a Dress From Total Meltdown. They are pretty much similar to how they were in TM, in which they will use dule weild Pistols, and are a little more Stronger than Normal Pigcops. Then there are the smaller Protector Drone, These guys are smaller and weaker than the normal Protector Drone, and do less damage when they scratch you. Then there is the Bigger Protector Drone. These guys are bigger and stronger than the normal Protector Drone, and can do more damage when they scratch you. And lastly there is the Freezer Trooper from Last reaction and Water Bases. These are Lizard Troopers who wear Yellow Uniforms and are a little stronger than the Lizard Captain. They can fire freezers at you and can Teleport just like the Lizard Captains. This level also includes Lizard troopers in Blue Uniforms from TM (Prison Train), Pig Cop Captains (Prison Train), Underwater Drones (Dawn of the Pork), and Mini Overlord (Dawn of the Pork).

    PRISON TRAIN

    I'm a sucka for Train levels, and That's where we're going in Prison Train!

    Anyways, After Duke got captured by the pigcops once again, he was sent on a train hijacked by pigcops that's going to who knows where. Duke must escape the prison and put a stop to the train.

    This is my fourth map for Duke Nukem 3D, I've started this map in August, and finished it in September.

    This level contains 2 new enemies, plus a return enemy. They are the Lizard Trooper in blue uniform (From Total Meltdown), and the Pigcop Captain. The Lizard Trooper in blue uniform is just like a normal Lizard trooper, except they are as strong as a Pigcop, or Enforcer. The Pigcop Captain is bigger and stronger than a normal pigcop, and they can fire RPG rockets at you! They might drop an RPG when killed. The Snake Heads from Mars Donalds also return in this map.

    DAWN OF THE PORK

    The story for this level is kinda cheesey actually. Sometimes when someone mutates into a pigcop by the aliens, it may backfire, and as such, may still have their personality. As such, after Duke Nukem cleared L.A. from the evil aliens, All of the good pigcops were sent to a city called New Pork City, where pigcops lived peacefully without being judged by their appearences. However, the aliens had noticed this, and unleashed a virus all over the city, known as the Bacon virus. This virus turns pigcops into bacon eating zombies. As such, a lot of the good pigcops were infected by this virus. The EDF went in and tried to clear out the city, but they failed, as most of the soldiers were killed. So now it's up to Duke Nukem to clear out New Pork City from the evil aliens, and the Zombie pigcops. (I REALLY suck at making up stories :P )

    This is my third level for Duke Nukem 3D. I started this map back in April, and finished it in July. I was on and off with this map (But mostly off, for I been busy).

    This level includes four new enemies. They are Zombie pigcops (From Total Meltdown), Underwater Drones (Also from Total Meltdown), Super Zombie pigcops, and the Mini Overlord. The Zombie pigcops are similar to how they were in Total Meltdown, where they will use dual wield pistols on you, and are a little bit stronger than normal pigcops. The Underwater drone are also like how they were in Total Meltdown, where they are pretty much the underwater versions of Sentry Drones. The Super Zombie Pigcops are very dangerous. They are twice as big, and twice as strong than a normal Zombie pigcop. They fire a bunch of rockets at you, so try to avoid them as best as you can. They can drop the Devastator, or ammo for it when killed. The Mini Overlord is just like the Overlord, except smaller, and weaker.

  4. Sentry Drone or Snake Head

    Just something random I thought up for no reason. :P

    Anyways, Would you rather prefer the Snake Heads in the final game instead of Sentry drones, or would you rather stick with the sentry drones over the Snake heads? Or do you not care for either one?
  5. Projectile problem

    I'm trying to make a new enemy for my next map, but however I'm having a bit of a problem with it. I wanted him to fire two missiles but it looks like he fires both on top of each other. I did looked up on the eduke wiki, and i did found an answer there but I still have problems though.

    Here's the code that I have

            sound RPG_SHOOT
            setprojectile[RPG].offset 224
            eshoot RPG
            setprojectile[RPG].offset 14354
    
            setprojectile[RPG].offset 14578
            eshoot RPG
            setprojectile[RPG].offset 14354


    But when actually playing, this happens

    It looks like it doesn't work. I've even set the second one at -224 once too, it still doesn't work.

    Also checking the eduke log this is what it says

    Does this mean that it's incompatible with the original missile, or am I doing something wrong. :confused:
