  1. How to make a road?

    I want to make a road, so I made a texture of asphalt with white lines. I also want to make all kind of curves, but I found this problem:

    Despite I know how to change the floor's texture offsets I can't find a way to match the white lines between sectors. What can I do? I don't want to use sprites to represent the lines for hard to explain reasons. :D

    Hello. Sorry for creating this useless thread, but I can't find that other thread about converting Duke maps into real 3D maps, like the ones used in Quake, so I can export them to more advanced 3D engines. If anybody knows the thread I'm referring to, I would appreciate the link.

    I'm making a level where the player is always flying. He has the jetpack on with infinite amount, and the USEJETPACK event always returns -1 to avoid him fall. Now the only problem is that the player can't activate touchplates and non-water teleports. I'm wondering if there's a way to make him activate them without walking on the sector's ground?

  5. Problem with fog in r5905

    I downloaded EDuke32 r5905 and I found two bugs related with the 26-29 fog palettes:

    • If I write a DEF file with some fogpal commands in it, fog will disappear during game. It doesn't happen with older versions (like r4525, the one I was using before).

    • Looks like fog has a slightly different color, and weapon sprites (the first-person view ones) doesn't have any fog effect:
