Pretty simple really, Im looking to do the same thing i was doing for atomic reload (To a degree) to Blood Crossmatching. Only thing is im pretty stumped. Any ideas?

Blood pack for Eduke?

One thing about Blood (I can't speak for BloodCM as I haven't looked into it) is its heavy usage of PLUs. You'll find a lot of textures got different color variations. Since you're going with BloodCM you at least don't have to take mod compatibility into consideration...
I'd start with enemies if I were you, other than the gargoyles (thankfully just a b/w variation of the regular sprite), cultists and spiders you don't see any color variations.
Edit: Looking into BloodCM's art files, tile numbers seem offset by 5120 compared to the original. Palette is the same.

So im guessing doing a Blood HD pack will be far more tricky than a Duke one
