Rename the Sounds_DLC03.dat to Sounds.dat and then extract it with Noesis then go looking for the following files.

DLC03_Duke_DonkeyLove01 to 09.

It's a set of unused audio files from TDWCM dlc which involve Duke unknowingly receiving a blowjob from a donkey (likely the same donkey from burning bush), featuring such gems as "WATCH THE TEETH BABE" in the middle of Duke moaning.
Then you have the DLC03_Duke_DonkeyDisgust 01 to 04 sound files which are him reacting in disgust to finding out he got blown by a donkey.

I suspect it might have been a joke based off the glory hole gag in the base game strip club, Duke would have found out he was getting blown by a donkey and not a babe and then react in appropiate disgust.
No animations of this exist in the dlc, but there are unused donkey ride animations. I haven't tried swapping em or anything but I think that was intended for a e3 2001 gag, but until I see em for myself, can't confirm.

*sigh* I vaguely remember people mentioning those audio files around here but hadn't listened to any of them myself.

Well unfortunately yeah that fits into the general Duke Deprecating humor that led to getting knocked on his ass and flipping off the clouds over and over. I can understand the straight line of how it wound up there but it is unfortunate. Though it does seem that either someone stepped in and said "This goes too far" or... well they just ran out of time.

I was there when the Pregnator was a "love gun" that the more you "pumped" it the stronger the white goop grenade it fired was and one of the ideas was it made the enemies fight on your behalf (since the goop was essentially a scent to target for attacks)... and we had folks internally saying "nah... too much" and I was part of those saying "it's great!" but always as a sub-primary gun.

However just by encouraging it all, eventually you get donkey teeth so... mea culpa.
