I want to open up the SOUNDS.RFF and replace all mid files with these http://www.vgmpf.com....php/Blood_(DOS)#Music

These are from what i understand (and please correct me if im wrong) recorded with the roland sc-55 and is the best i can get midi wise until some other file support is added.

Any way to emulate roland sc-55 using a plugin or something?

I really some the roland.

You can use Camoto to edit the RFF files.

Unfortunately, the files you linked are Ogg Vorbis audio, not MIDI, so simply replacing the .mid files with them will not be enough for them to work.

Would converting the ogg too midi work?

Such a conversion is not easily possible, and even if you could, the absolute best case scenario would give you the original Blood MIDI files anyway.
