Bug reports & "help me" threads - Why just a subforum?  "For convenience sake"

I think that bug reports & "help me" threads should be a main forum, due to their importance and popularity.

I'm guessing because it was for EDuke32's bug reporting and feature suggestions, and when the forum section changed so it became a sub-forum of "Everything EDuke32" to fit its original role.
