I'm not convinced that the two prototypes on eBay are actually prototypes. I own a Military Pig Cop prototype.

Someone found an incomplete toy from their attic, painted it over to claim it's a prototype in hopes for some money?

There was an image way back of a wip sculpt of the Overlord's head.
