It's because it looks generic, no different from other Hollywood trailers. However, the music is pretty good, at least some difference I guess. A little bit surprised that it's not usual orchestra or dubstep.

The more I see the trailer, the more I like it. I'll still wait for reviews to see how how the story turns out. Ghost in the Shell is a great example of a visually spectacular film that didn't have a lot of substance.
