1. What does the directory from a clean, fresh, and unaltered installation of Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition for DOS contain? This will help out not just me, but anyone else who bought/got the game from GOG or Megaton Edition...

2. Is it possible to set frag/time limits for Dukematches, not just in Atomic Edition DOS, but v1.3d as well?

TEN doesn't come with 1.3D, that's Atomic only. Sure you don't have those backwards?

With 1.3D, the game is installed with the Ten installer folder in it, it's not optional.
But the atomic edition installer is not the same, you can choose which component you want or not (Ten, build editor...).

I could have sworn TEN wasn't on the 1.3D disc....I guess it's because it didn't have all the TEN advertisements like Atomic did.

I can confirm that the v1.3D version does indeed include TEN. At least the version that was distributed by CDV Software here in Germany does.
