Doug Huggem RTS/Wave Files "Made Mega64's Doug Huggem JSJ Session Into RTS File"

I thought it would be amusing to make an RTS out of the Mega64 video of Jon St. John doing Doug Huggem lines as the recording quality is quite good. For Dukematch they'd be rather silly, but cooperative would be funny with lines like "here, let me help you with that" and "sharing is caring" when someone is hogging pick-ups. Perhaps they could also be used in user maps for a laugh.

I got 11 lines out of the original audio so the 11th wave file isn't used in the RTS. They're 16-bit 44kHz mono, so they don't fit the crunchy sound of the other audio in the game, but there doesn't seem to be a performance hit either so I kept them largely as-is.
