Help with command line  "Help command"

I was able to get everything else up and running But I am not understanding the part on how to set up Run EDuke32 with these command line parameters: "-j DKXTRM\PACK14 -j DKXTRM\SPMAPS -j DKXTRM\DMMAPS".
How do I do this? I need spoon fed. Easy instructions ?? Thanks a lot
