As for jailbait age, I believe 16 is the age of consent in the states in my area. However, even though age 16-17 may not be considered statutory rape, it's still sex with a minor, and I've seen cases in the newspaper of ppl being charged for that.

As for posting pics, I believe that 18 (legal adult) is the cutoff across the board in the USA now.

At any rate, I'm so old now, that anything under early 20s is too young for me, legal or not. If I'd had a daughter when I was 18, she'd be 23 now.

Dating no, sexing yes, depending on where you live.

As someone usually has to complain to law enforcement first (usually the girl's parents) this is not common, but it does happen. I've read about ppl over 18 being prosecuted just for kissing someone under 18.

It's not as unlikely as you think. These days, it pretty common to hear about 14 and 15 year old "couples" that are doing it regularly. Not with older people but like 14/14, 14/15, 15/16 even some 14/16 and so on.

Back in my day, teachers right out of college taught the younger kids, and older teachers taught the high schoolers.

As such, I was in my single-digit years when I had teachers in their 20s and early 30s. I fell for a few of them (cooties be damned ) but I was way too young to think in terms of "I'd Hit It!"

Actually a very controversial law was once proposed which would declare it is NOT considered statutory rape if the older/legal one was a woman.

I don't agree with it, but I can sorta see where they were coming from with their proposal. I mean if you think about it in terms of male vs. female sexual functions, it kinda makes sense.
