I created a Duke Nukem Monopoly Board, it's of poor quality, but at least it now exists. (I didn't create the community chest/chance cards, so either forge your own or use ones from the original monopoly board) also poker chips are suggested instead of monopoly money, for the full experience. I'm gonna leave it up here, hoping that a more experienced artist can improve upon it, or at least finish the rest of it. here you go...

Finally actually uploaded the board to a website...

had to fix a small price discrepancy
(was $100 for income tax/aliens jacked up your ride, when it should've been $200)
and added a price label on aliens stole your babes
(pay $75)

For the community chest/chance cards, did you want copies of the original cards just with modified flavor text and pictures - or new cards entirely?

Either would be absolutely fine, the cards should maintain the same effects though
(such as go back 3 spaces, get out of jail free, etc., etc.)
in order to keep the game balanced.

Actually though, anything would be fine...
