I never thought he was that funny. To me he was like a wacky Jerry Lewis, who I also never thought was funny. I didn't like Mork and Mindy, or most of his movies. However, I really did like Good Morning Vietnam, as it was an interesting and well written story and interesting look at the war. A super classic movie. But other than that...
