It's nice to see that you and your company are going strange new ways,
and listen what the community says, an wants.
Thank you very much for releasing the Shadow Warrior cover art!
Is there a chance for also releasing the Duke Nukem 3D cover art?
I am a very big fan of Duke Nukem 3D since I was young and played it for the first time,
and I'm also a big fan of Shadow Warrior.
3D Realms did a lot of things wrong back in time,
and we all know how it ended...
I think it was a shame that Endangered Species was cancelled, the pictures looked so promising!
The weapon models that Max Aristov made looked very close to the Duke Nukem 3D sprites, that was so exellent!
Maybe you can contact him to get his work?
So we maybe can make a Mod, for the released Game that was based on Duke Nukem Endangered and his Engine
called "Vivisector: Beast Within".
Here you can see a video of the work Max Aristov did for Endangered Species:
And here you can find a pic of the Endangered Species cover art:
(It's called "Dukehunting", you also can see 2 Zero Hours arts)

Edit: This thread isn't better than porn, but maybe exactly as good as.
I would better quote Lo Wang: "That's better than acupuncture!"

Wow, I'm a big fan. And I have a lot of Artist Names and their Cover Arts...
But I didn't noticed before that Julie Bell did the Unreleased Shadow Warrior Art.
Thank you!
Better link for that pic:

I think Fred already has the entirety of Endangered Species.
I'm eagerly waiting for more pics of that Duke game. Looked very interesting almost like Duke meets Turok; makes me wonder if there were going to be one-liners or easter eggs about Turok!
Also as side note you may want to edit your own posts if it is you wish to add more info instead of multi posting.

I missed this link and I am happy Besli pointed it out. Some of the art reminds me of Frank Frazetta which is very cool! Will definitely buy when I get enough money!

Lameduke actaully has something like this, once you open the floor hatch on the first area of E1L1, it will suck in all the flying drones and various things.
E1L4 also has a similar hatch (the one with octobrains at the start), this one will even suck in the security camera in the same room.
The one in LD is pretty primitive as it just sucks everything to the same point without any "throwing around" effect. I recall the one in the old video being a bit more advanced than this.
They probably started experimenting with this idea a bit more around this point since the control room/observatory on the left also has windows that you can shoot and then the airlock will kick in. Haven't tried if this one has the vacuum implemented in yet but I am pretty sure that it would have been in the plans at some point.

Thank you, Yeah I know I posted 3 Messages at nearly the same time.
That was why i edited the second one, and added the text from the third one.
After that I asked the Mods, to delete the third one, because I souldn't do that myself.

Earlier versions of the game automatically pulsed the jetpack for you upon fall impact if you were going to take damage. I'm sure most decent players have been doing this themselves for years, but I thought it was interesting to see it as an actual programmed feature.

I remember reading the story behind those pictures at the 3DR forums. Cool photos and a priceless story.

But couldn't it be made as a Modification, Expansion or Add-On?
I don't have the game, but I would buy it if something Duke related would come out for it.
And I also would pay for it, if Duke Endangered would be an Expansion, or Add-On.

Hmm. Thanks TX. I was mostly asking about the fact that it is a Duke game and wasn't released. Would Gearbox be able to cancel it?

It's the Total Meltdown/Duke Nukem 64 print ad artwork/alternate unused Duke Nukem 3D cover artwork with Duke and the mushroom cloud cloned out.

They could get a higher resolution version than that scanned, or maybe they already have files of them. Anything they have that could be released in higher quality, they should. Hopefully, they have the full-size cover art for Time to Kill, Land of the Babes and Manhattan Project, too.

I remember in the late 90s reading somewhere that Dolph Lundgren was going to play Duke in a Duke Nukem movie directed by the guy who made the Mortal Kombat films. I'm sure nothing came of it, but I'm just curious to know if there's anything at all there.

Pretty much all the information that exists about the films from that time is up on that page. Dolph, at one point, had something about the film on his page, but it basically said "I AM NOT INVOLVED." At one point The Rock was slated to be involved. It was going to be PG-13. The PRODUCER of Mortal Kombat/Terminator 2/True Lies, Larry Kasanoff was going to work on the film. They were working on the script, had initially planned to have the film out in 2002, but the project fell apart somewhere along the way. Either lack of funding, or the script was never fully completed.
