Smooth sprite animations

Due to how the art was set up, it would take scrambling of both art and code to make something like this for Duke3D. It would not be compatible with any mod.

The only Duke weapon that might possibly need that is the shotgun. All the other weapons are quite static, or are otherwise animated by code rather than multiple frames.

The pipebomb and freezer could use an extra frame, when transitioning between positions.

I've thought about doing this before, but I'm not sure how effective it would be. Most of the smooth animations for Doom are just TOO smooth, and it comes off way too fluid.

Ummm, I did the new sprites for Megaton and I can tell you there's no "smooth animations" just widescreen compatibility.
