Is there such a thing for Duke? it's great.

Those Imps move like they have a stick up their butt...

Due to how the art was set up, it would take scrambling of both art and code to make something like this for Duke3D. It would not be compatible with any mod.

Lol, just focus on the weapons. They look great compared to the original animations.

The only Duke weapon that might possibly need that is the shotgun. All the other weapons are quite static, or are otherwise animated by code rather than multiple frames.

The pipebomb and freezer could use an extra frame, when transitioning between positions.

Cool, but that's a lot of work.

I've thought about doing this before, but I'm not sure how effective it would be. Most of the smooth animations for Doom are just TOO smooth, and it comes off way too fluid.

While I appreciate creativity and any endeavour to add something new and significant to the classic games, frankly I haven't noticed any significant improvement in that vid. Admittedly some of the animations are indeed quite nice (although not all), but this content seems entirely optional.

Ummm, I did the new sprites for Megaton and I can tell you there's no "smooth animations" just widescreen compatibility.
