I generally avoid threads without descriptive titles as it is a sign of manipulation... like when someone calls you and leaves a message for you to call them back and they don't say "why"... most of the time it is because they want something you might decline etc. Same with non-revealing topic names most of the time... like "I was just thinking..." or whatever. I avoid those because their content is usually... well... like this one... but the Pie Post almost makes it useful.

A post limit just seems too draconian, and still doesn't prevent shitposts, flaming, antagonism, etc. There could be those rare situations where someone may be able to post over 15 completely valid and valuable posts. Ie. Project threads, community discussions, etc. Slightly stricter rules on avoiding shitposting would be the way to go. Ie. Keep threads on topic, don't antagonize people, etc. Nothing too drastic.

I run a small community elsewhere, and to make everyone happy, I actually had made a few sub-forums designated for that kind of behaviour in exchange for stricter rules in the other boards. One sub-forum is called "Spam Land" which is for goofing off in any way one wishes, and another set of sub-forums for adult-oriented interests, such as sharing hentai / porn, etc.

I know I may seem a little bitchy by asking this, and I know you're having your fun, plus the suggestion is indeed dubious, but could you guys tone down the whole "Autism" thing just a tad? I've suffered greatly over the years trying to complete my education and live a normal life due to this disorder. Tired of it being used as an insult based on the stigma that being Autistic means you're automatically a complete and total moronic, beta-male jackoff. If someone is being an idiot, or a degenerate, they're just being those things. They're not being "Autistic". (Many fellow autistic people I know are actually relatively normal, good people just suffering from a plethora of cognitive, motor, and psychological issues.)

I have to agree here. I tend to just let these things fly because, as someone with Asperger's (a form of Autism), I didn't want to be the 'Aspie' that pisses on the fairly unique and enjoyable sense of humour of this forum, but the Autism ripping is getting a bit OTT. I'm not deeply offended, we're all adults or at least mature enough to handle adult humour, but just ease up a bit with the Autism schtick.

I am jumping on this bandwagon in agreement. It was funny for a while. As were the "Jew" jokes. But now I'm fucking sick of it, especially when it derails a legitimate thread. Grow the fuck up and get some new material.

I love autists. Except the ones that fucking sperg out 24/7. The non-spergy ones are genuinely interesting folks. My best friend, like a little brother to me, is autistic as hell and he rules.
