Does that with more modern duke or diff things.
There are ways to fix.
Expanding the "sky room" and making a wall to the base / spaceship.
I had an issue like that but quickly fixed it,

It's not a map he's making. He's pointing out a visual bug in Duke it out in DC. It can't be "fixed" by editing the map.
If you're using the polymer renderer, the bug will be pretty bad, although there are plans to fix it in the future. If you're using polymost, well... wait until it's fixed in polymer then use polymer

Hold up bro, they have to FIX polymer first before they work on other stuff.

They don't have to DO anything. Eduke32 needs a lot of work in many different aspects of the game. Polymer, and graphics in general is just one component. There's major changes in progress with everything from multiplayer, to the scripting languages, to a new map format and a whole bunch of other things, most of which have been stalled for a very long time because the developers are working it for free with whatever little spare time they have.
