I realize this is probably a simple question, but can the EDuke3D and it's mods be used with the Steam version?
I'm not talking about using both the Megaton and EDuke3D, simply using EDuke3D and it's mods with the Steam versions files.
I want to get the expansions, but that seems to be the only way to get them now.

Yep, just download a current version of EDuke32 and place eduke32.exe anywhere you want. Duke and all 3 of the add-ons should be automatically detected and shown in the startup window.
