I'm just asking you guys for some help. I pass something at work each day and I have an overwhelming urge every time I see it.

This is starting to get really bad and I've nearly given in a few times and I can just see myself getting fired if I do.

I just thought I'd ask how you guys would handle this problem as I am having great difficulty just ignoring it any more.

I'll show you what I mean.

Grates are hardcoded to be blocking. He can´t do that.
