So there are 1.0, 1.1 and 1.3d versions of the shareware for Duke 3D. I'm familiar with 1.3d and 1.1 differences, some are stated on the duke wiki. But are there noticeable differences between 1.0 and the other two, or is there a page that describes this? Everywhere I look I'm only able to find info on 1.3d or 1.1 (as scarce as it is), and 1.0 appears to be unavailable anywhere.

I cover some stuff on my site, and you may be able to find more information in 3DR's original release notes. They may be included in the original distribution files, and if not you can certainly find them somewhere on RTCM.
