Target (1998) Mobygames profile
Some guys in a spanish board have discovered this unknown polish game from 1998 and they claim it uses the Build engine. I'm a bit skeptical about this since this game is Windows native so it would be great if anybody can take a look and deny/confirm this claim.
You play as a merc who takes random missions to get money. Also you can name your character and assign him skill points adding some roleplaying elements to the game.
Also looks like it's easily moddable so they've already done a spanish translation of the game.
You can download the ISO in Cue/Bin format here:

At first glance, the images appear to use more than 256 colors so I don't think it uses Build. The HUD and menu system is different than any Build game so unless Apogee gave out more unfinished license deals like what happened with Legend of the Seven Paladins, there would be no way for them to acquire the source.
Mediafire is imposing its free limitations on the CD image download so I can't tell for sure. 4Shared is a solid site.

OK, I downloaded this and I don't think this is Build at all. I can't actually get the game to let me play (it seems to be saying it needs the CD, regardless of the fact that I have the image mounted) but it's a Windows based game which should rule Build out right off the bat.

I dunno, that elevator at 2:44 has very build-ish behaviour (Look at the textures and their movements), but that means nothing as another engine could just be handling things in a similar manner.

I don't recall seeing a single sloped surface. You'd think if it was using the build engine in 1998 it would be using a version with slopes.

Doesn't look even remotely like BUILD to me. Looks like a more advanced version of the Varginha Incident engine to me if anything.

Hello to everyone. This is my first post here.
I could not find anything related to this game more than this topic over internet so that's why I digging it up from the grave
If anyone interested, here is link to full game which works even on Win10
https://www.sendspace.com/file/95bi6d
I'm speaking fluent polish if you have more question about game itself. 100% it doesn't run on build engine
On another hand who speak fluent Italian as Renegado mentioned in first post that game is easily moddable
I wanted to dig little bit deeper inside game files but they are packed in *.RPL and for sure those are not a video files like google and all files extension sites claiming
