TUTORIAL.MAP

The TUTORIAL.MAP is a map was made to show level builders how to use a effect properly.It has helped me with a lot of effects but lately when i try to play the map,it just crashes.However,it seems to work fine when i'm looking at it Mapster32.I already tried to re-download the map but that didn't do much either.

Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Play the map with eduke32.debug.exe and if/when it crashes post the contents of the eduke32_or_mapster32.crashlog (or something that looks like that) here. Just in case, make sure you're using the latest eduke32: http://dukeworld.duk...ke32/synthesis/

You turned my post into gold. Problem is fixed and i can play the map again.

Do you mean the TUTORIAL.MAP from the MapFAQ by Jonah Bishop? Does it happen with the most recent EDuke32 synthesis build? It would be best if you posted the map and mentioned the exact location (using DNCOORDS from the game or LSHIFT from the editor) where the crash occurs.
