This isn't too difficult;

1. Duke Nukem II
2. Duke Nukem 3D
3. Duke Nukem Manhattan Project

Though I keep meaning to play Duke Nukem 64 again as I never played it properly before (favouring the controls on the PC).

2. Duke Nukem II
3. Duke Nukem Forever Balls of Steel Edition

Edit: Ah, so I originally put Duke Forever first

But really I've realized that I enjoyed Duke 3D far more than Duke Forever, and there are too many boring parts etc. in DNF for it to be my favorite Duke game. When I first played Duke 3D, I thought it was awesome at the time. When I first played DNF, I kind of liked it, but some parts turned out to be disappointing.

I haven't played all of the Duke Nukem games but here's mine...

Duke Nukem 3D (technically I played 64 and Total Meltdown)
Duke Nukem Zero Hour
Duke Nukem Time To Kill

3. Shadow Warrior (if if counts, I think it should) otherwise:

Zero Hour and Manhattan Project were good too, but not quite up there IMO.
