So, I'm getting back into Duke3d after at least 12 years away from it. I'm starting to mess with mapping again as well. The problem is that modern laptops don't have a scroll lock key. This makes it very difficult to set your starting location.

I've already read up on how to remap keys but I don't know what keys are open that I can remap scroll lock to. Any suggestions?

That's what I use for my laptop.

Thanks for the info! I'm trying to remap as little as possible since I have a full numeric keypad. I think I'll take your advice on remapping scroll lock to * though.
