huh... saw that at a goodwill about a year ago... looked pretty old so I didn't get it...

as for eBay... I have only bought one item, the time for it to arrive was pretty long, that was my only complaint though.

also, ebay sellers, my parents put a whole lot of stuff on there. so far they have gotten 100 % good feedback.

The Plasma Pak add-on could easily be a decade old that's why it got sold in an old-fashioned box. Also I have no clue what this "goodwill" is you speak off.

Its a store where you buy clothes... toys... and other cheap crap....

thats where I found things like Doom 2 .... and this duke nukem cd with duke nukem 1,2,3d,and mapmaker for 3d... didn't get them though...

I'd hate bidding on an item, which totally unknown to me was bidding against Iggy here, for instance...

Iggy and I notify each other pretty often when bidding on certain items. This way we've been able to avoiding trying to outbid one another.

He's been kind enough to notify me as well, and make sure we're not bidding against each others... And i don't want others here to accidentally do so, so it's probably a very good idea to announce to all if something mentioned in here was being bidded by them...

This is just plain awesome. I bought a complete Return to Castle Wolfenstein (Collector's edition) copy 3 weeks ago from the UK and today it finally arrived. When I opened the package I couldn't believe my eyes in what box the seller had the game packed in. It was the UK release of Blood. In good condition.

Here it is;


I now have a second copy of the UK version of Blood. Too bad the second jewelcase with the cd-rom is heavily packed in and I can't access it for at least untill the end of this year.

I'm about to buy a boxed Atomic edition from the US and I had to send the seller an e-mail for shipment costs. It's 83 US dollars shipping ex. handling by UPS. That's outrageous. If I wasn't so keen on the item I would completely forget about it already.

I won't bother writing this story again But i'm not touching anything these days, if i know THEY are delivering it to me...

Well I just had a short but heavy e-mail conversation with the seller about the shipping (24 e-mails exchanged within 1,5 hours) and I bought the item for $67 dollars inc. shipping. He'll be shipping it to me tomorrow (no UPS!).

I received a note with my mail today... It's signed as a letter, but any letter would be able to fit in my mail box though...

I simply asked the seller if any other way of sending was available and he came with a much cheaper alternative. Cha-ching!

Looks excellent... The box is a bit bend here and there... But for a 11 year old item, it's acceptable...
Once i clean up the stuff on my shelf here in my apartment, i will make sure to make this fanboy'ish display look better

The box is ugly though, terrible yellow box, looks so discount'ish

That's how all Replay rereleases look like but it's a nice way of getting the only two important add-ons for Duke3D with the original in one purchase. I already have a copy like that otherwise I would have bought it.

I also got it for twenty bucks. The guy selling it didn't know how rare it really was.

Well, I got my Duke figure today... but the seller lied a bit.

The auction said mint in package.... blah, blah, blah. Well, I open the box and the package is completely open.

The plastic part apart from the cardboard, and the figure and guns loose. Duke and his guns are all in great shape... but the package is not mint. And the picture he had up was positioned so it looked like the package was still sealed.

Dammit.
