Mapster32 crashes when using costum 32bit tiles

I found and inserted some (about 500) costum textures into the polymer_hrp.zip. When I start Mapster and go to the new textures (tile# 10000+) it will crash after a little time when I go through them by pressing V.

The log file tells me this:

Give this a go; I found it in the command line options page on the wiki. You'll need to create/edit a .bat file to run it. http://wiki.eduke32....nd_line_options

For a "set it and forget it" fix, use the cachesize DEF command.

Thanks for the replies! Where do I use this command? In my costum .def file? Sorry for this stupid question but I´m all new to stuff like this.

Yes, you use it inside the def file you will be telling EDuke32 to load.

I played around and came up to
cachesize 18000000
and it still crashes.

Some of the textures are at a size of 2048 x 2048 px, maybe this is the problem?

I attached the .def file. It would be nice if anyone could have a look at it. Maybe I did something wrong. I will upload the textures, too, tommorow evening (about 20 hours from now).

Thankfully, Mapster32 doesn't let you allocate 18 gigs of Ken-cache :(.

No, it is sized around 130 MB. Sorry, I hope I have the time to upload it tommorow.

The textures.cache file should do just fine for a start.

For the purpose of debugging, it might be worthwhile to keep it, but I doubt there's anything to gain by looking at the actual cache data.
