Your logo goes on there if you invested in the product. Since Gearbox paid 3D Realms, why would there be a 3D Realms logo anywhere? And if there has to be a logo, it should say, "In Memory Of 3D Realms" or something like that, clearly defining that they out of the picture. Also, Triptych is hiring, so they are working on other projects. Still, I don't think their logo should be around either, except in the credits for having a significant role in saving the game.

I can confirm that this one is a special pre-order box you can buy in Germany store called "Media Markt". It includes only that top and the poster. The rest of the box is empty, no game.

I know. I had read it on gamestar.de that some retailers (Media Markt, Saturn,etc) given some really great specials in his pre-order boxes. But i don't buy it. I want only the Full-Version, nothing more :angry:

Here's a picture of some journalist holding the 360 version, looks like the box art is the same. But I don't know why the disc looks like that, maybe a review copy.

Looks like the sony employee had a legit version. It's the same image inside.

That's a promo disc. You can't see it on the picture because his finger is obscuring it, but the disc says "Promotional Disc - Not for resale"
