Wanton Destruction Bug

Hello, I've read that the Shadow Warrior Expansion pack, Wanton Destruction, has a bug that the boss won't spawn on the 2 easier difficulties. Has this bug ever been fixed? If so, where can I get the patch? Thanks.

You can download proasm version for SWP. He has it under Addons.
