Staff:
This server is moderated and run by a very mature and trusted staff base.
There is no "buying" mod/admin on this server so you can be rest assured that no five year old little kids that stole their parents credit card are going to come along and start annoying you while you go about your business.

All GLOBAL bans can be disputed at MCBANS.COM
All LOCAL bans can be attempted to be disputed in the comments.

Basic Rules:

Do not join asking for OP/MOD/ADMIN/STAFF/CREATIVE
To join the "Gothicus" Faction. (This is reserved for admins/mods)
Free items
No griefing with lava or religious symbols. = GLOBAL BAN
No X-RAY = GLOBAL BAN
Do not ask for OP/Mod/Free Stuff. = Jail/Mute/Kick/Ban
PVP is allowed.
PVP is NOT allowed in the "Mob Arena" = Jail/Temp Ban/Ban
Be respectful
Be ethical
Use common sense
You ARE allowed to RAID/STEAL someone else's base.
You are NOT allowed to use hacks/glitches to gain access to someone's base. = Temp Ban/Ban
No Faction bunny hopping. (Joining a faction just to steal their items then leaving it) = Temp Ban/Ban

The rules can be accessed in game using /RULES and /RULES 2 chat command.

Join Full Server
Bypass all wait and cool down timers.
&COLOURCODE (Coloured text on signs and ingame chat)
/jump (Jump to where you are looking)
/top (Move to the highest block above you)
/depth (States your depth relative to the sea level, good for mining)
/hat (Put the block you are holding on your head)

Some commands also have more subsection commands. (aka /mcc)
If you are unsure on what a command does you can find out what it does with /help
(you may have to input a number after help to find the page its on)

This is called Griefing and everyone hates it which is why I have taken steps to reduce this by disallowing TNT, water and lava placement unless you have the privileges to do so.

I guess I could add some plugin that could tell me who breaks certain objects, then we would know.
