I love this! I found it a challenge to beat that level in under 2:05 with the actual controller, let alone a steering wheel. This guy is totally boss! I think you guys might also appreciate the music he chose for this run :o

If you don't know, GoldenEye 007 for N64 has a raft of cheats which must be earned (sans the input codes which were only discovered a few years ago - but that's really cheating). The way it worked was that there was a cheat to earn on each level. You had to do the level on a certain difficulty setting, and complete it in under a certain time. Much of them are easy enough, some are so easy you'll get them without trying. Some were relatively tough, a few were real bastards to get, and by far the toughest of all was Invincibility. You had to complete Facility on 00 Agent in under 2:05.

I was awesome at GoldenEye, and I found it exceedingly-difficult to earn that cheat. For a time I swore it wasn't possible. You have to remember, this is before the internet (or before we had it). You bought gaming magazines back then, and had little else to go on. It was so frustrating. It's not even just difficult in the sense that a few hits will kill you and there's guards crawling everywhere who, at that difficulty, can shoot your ears off at 1,000 yards while you're strafe-running at full speed. A couple of the objectives are hit-and-miss when you're gunning for the cheat. A perfectly good run can be ruined through no fault of your own.

In particular, Dr. Doak can really ruin your day. He has seven spawn locations, and only a couple of them are really usable when you're trying for Invincibility. So a perfect run can be a total write-off if Doak doesn't spawn in the right place. Then there's 006 (Trevelyan) who often dithers around the gas silos in the the last room, which you have to blow up. You have to wait for him to get clear of the silos before you detonate your mines, otherwise 006 dies and you fail the mission (and thus, you don't earn the cheat). Seconds really count, and 006 is just as inconsistent as Dr. Doak in his own way. Sometimes he'll get clear of the silos immediately, other times he'll just walk around them talking away at you even though you're at the other end of the room by the exit door screaming "Fuck you, bean! Just get away from the mines!". I think no other challenge in gaming gave me a greater sense of accomplishment than earning that cheat.

Good times!

No offence, but I find that the song ruins the video. I would prefer to hear the Facility music.

None taken, I didn't make the video or have anything to do with it. I just thought it was awesome.

Video about a guy soaking his BARE hand in LIQUID NITROGEN.
Reason it doesn't freezes his hand is because of the leidenfrost effects, same as water on hot metal hovering on it.

Soaking hand in liquid nitrogen was crazy but how about someone soaking their finger in melting lead ranging 400-480C?
I love these "extreme" vids where people do something extremely dangerous.
First I thought it was fake and I watched a mythbusters clip and it wasn't fake.

But is extremely dangerous to soak finger in molten lead.

Mythbusters proving is not a hoax

Willy: I'm telling ye, I could nay have shot Burns.
[uncrosses, then recrosses, his legs; everyone groans]

Eddie: [cocking pistol] This is your last warning about that.

Willy: It's impossible for me to fire a pistol. If you'll check me
medical records, you'll see I have a cripplin' arthritis in me
index fingerrrs. Look at 'em! [holds them up]
I got it from "Space Invaders" in 1977.

Wiggum: Aw, yeah. That was a pretty addictive video game.

Willy: [surprised] Video game?
