Because I don't like in the US I have not heard of the Zimmerman trial. I did some research, and I don't really get what's the big deal. An adult shot a teenager, and there are photos of the shooter injuried. That seems to be a simply case of self-defence, no? Apparently the uproar is because the news used a photo of the victim as a kid, and some racism gibberish.

I believe some people fail to understand the meaning of "justice". Justice is not "calling only for a guilty/not guilty verdict and screaming like a spoiled child when you don't get that verdict". Florida is not automatically written off as a racist hell just because of one goddamn trial. The behavior of the masses sickens me sometimes.
