Oh, c'mon. I know you don't like him and you might not have any reason to either, but let's not bring shit from another thread over into this one.

no, he is a cheat, he treats heaps of people like shit for his own personal enjoyment, and if the stupid anti cheat system isn't going to do anything worthwhile then he can enjoy the stigma of hatred and ostracism for his arrogance.

He probably is enjoying it in some capacity, which is why what you're doing is pointless at its best and counter-productive at its worst. But hey, suit yourself. Just know that you're not really behaving any better than him by potentially disrupting a thread that had no relevence to either your argument with him or the fact that he's hacking some game.

Two of the reason scumbags stopped hanging around my area included a 20mm steel pole and german shepherd, i think i will patrol my hood every night untill they fuck off , they think they have the god given right to terrorize and take what they want, well by that logic i will use whatever force necessary to remove them and make sure they stay removed.

fuck you scum bag crim and all your pshyco babble excuses you hide behind to use as some kind of justification for your sickening self serving acts, live by that and i have the right to bury you scumbag.

For future reference, I wouldn't reccomend the use of the earlier mentioned lamps in-doors, because since making my previous post, I managed to obtain some Kerosene (I was told this was banned in the UK - first I've heard of it) and my house now smells quite strongly of it... It's not a bad smell actually and there are some entertaining side effects, but I'm quite certain it probably isn't good for my health.

I'm not even going to bother with a response to DanM's posts beyond;

Oh, the irony. The response practically writes it's self, I don't have to do anything.

Received an early Christmas present from my brother. A book of Nav Canada approach charts and airport diagrams for British Columbia. Also received a small globe to put on my desk. The world is under my control now. :)

Alien Prequel.

The trailer looks interesting, we get to find out all about that damn Bone ship once and for all. :)

I just finished a lovely pre-Christmas dinner with my dad, his wife and my brother:

15 oz prime rib (1.25 inches thick or so), mashed potatoes, broccoli, and a yorkshire pudding.

To top it off, I had a brownie with ice cream and whipped cream.

Just got home and I'm sipping a Pepsi and cuddling with my cat.

The trailer does look interesting. But why do the Americans use such a backward date representation? Day-month-year makes so much more sense thant month-day-year, because our method goes in order of increasing length of time (i.e day is shortest, year is longest, month is in the middle). The American method is just some random assembly of numbers in comparison.

Micky is right, the US format is rather wack. Along with the Fahrenheit, gallons etc

Tell The Times that.

it is the way people spoke, December the twenty-fourth in the year of our Lord two thousand and eleven; 12/24/2011, is the short form, it is that simple.

As for Fahrenheit, etc - most physics units are arbitrary units, they are neither right or wrong, it is what one is used too.

I missed this

I happen to like using Fahrenheit for everyday usage because the numbers are more squished together unlike Celsius, allowing more verbosity without a decimal point.

You are right in that they are arbitrary. Most people know that Celsius is set to the melting and boiling points of water. 100° Fahrenheit was supposed to be human body temperature (dunno about 0) but as usual they F'd up and it's more like 98.6° although the idea of a baseline temperature is falling out of favor.

That sounds tasty. My Mom usually does a roast beef and a ham; but each to their own.

My family always has 3 Christmas celebrations because my Dad's family is German and stubborn and my Mom's family has enough young cousins to make it worth getting together still. Of course, had I started dating my girlfriend before Thanksgiving I'd have been doing much more traveling and Christmas events. Grant it, she is coming down after New Years and then we are driving back together instead of me flying home. That is something to look forward to. :) :P

Another Christmas party tonight. Went to my mom's friends place. They had sort of a buffet kind of thing with snacks and all that stuff. I had 4 beers. :)

Going to my aunt's place tomorrow for the big turkey dinner. Should be fun.
