My parents are having people over for lunch and they've been here for 4 hours. I just want to lay back in the couch and watch some TV, but I'm studying in another part of the house.

I heard that 2012 is when the calendar runs out, and that they didn't actually predict the world would end, it just stopped. What where the mayans supposed to do? Predict dates for the next 10 billion years until the sun expands? No, they had to stop sooner or later, and I think they did pretty well considering their technology.

Everything about Maya calender.
It stopped my confusion about the calender, and also shows they (Mayans) were very advanced, brain wise.

Also, Hank...your statement about dog shit is bad grammar. You mess up the tenses there and it is confusing.

He's a lot calmer now. When I left my mom's he was behind the couch instead in front of the stove.

But the last exam is also by far the hardest: Specialist Maths
I made this video about the subject for my own amusement, put's Duke's quotes in a whole new perspective!
The subject also reminds me of the video Jeff posted a while back:

@ Micky C - what on earth is special maths?

Something like special olympics?

Specialist mathematics is the highest level (i.e hardest) maths course at my school. The stuff is so much more advanced that it's completely different to what you do in the next maths down; Maths Studies and in fact you're forced to do the lower maths as well, so you do 2 maths courses at the same time. Of course, there are 2 more maths courses which are even more dumbed down than Maths Studies, but I'd hate to think what sort of trivial stuff they'd be doing.

So? Special(ist) maths means nothing to me. Are you doing tensor algebra, vector calculus or set theory?
This is a trick question.

I'm making some great progress on my WGRealms 2 map, it's only a few weeks away from entering beta, and some other guys are working on amazing stuff at the moment.

Anyways the best part of my trip was probably when they let me into the cockpit of the plane. They said not while the plane was flying, however, when the plane landed, I could check it out. Got talking to the first officer (co-pilot to non-aviation people), and he said based on what you've got at home with FSX, he said you could basically fly this 737 yourself because it's identical to my 747-8i. He must have FSX at home too because when I mentioned I had a simulator at home, he automatically guessed that I had FSX. I mean there's X-Plane and a few others, but the most used one is FSX/FS2004.
I joked around with him and said if you ever in a situation where you needed someone to fly this plane, I could volunteer.

The part where they're on the plane, and there are snakes on the plane, and they're trying to land the plane, but snakes crawled up the pilots' asses so they can't fly it. (Guess which part I made up.)

My new favorite Psalm is Psalm 137. it is just that funny...in that kind of sick sort of way, or that way where you know that people don't read the whole Bible but profess it as if they have.

If you're a person who doesn't exercise, I highly recommend that you do. Not just to healthy, not just to lose weight to get in with the babes, but because you actually feel good. The difference is very noticeable, and doesn't take much time to kick in, for every day you exercise, there are several days or more afterwards where you're full of energy, on a natural high, and eating healthy things like apples only makes it better.

I live a healthy life, it's just that I can't get into sports as I don't find any of them interesting.
