Ow, I just tripped on some random crap that was on the floor, fell down and bashed myself into like 4 different pieces of furniture.

The guy in front of me at the grocery store today was buying 16 gallons of milk...I have no idea why.

This has been the second WoW reference I've heard while watching TV. The first time was Bill Lee on Stargate Atlantis (with Rodney McKay using that as a diversion to gain access to something). The second was when I watched the latest Sanctuary episode. Seems Henry Foss plays WoW too.

Cataclysm was a cataclysmic failure, IMO.

In other news, I just finished some french toast and my brother took me out to this mexican place down south and we had these huge 12-15 inch burritos for lunch.

I love burritos, but I had no idea they made them that big. I hope they were tasty, no use having a large burrito if it's not that good.

Hooray for burritos. My current favorite is lengua (beef tongue). So delicious!

Wow we must have posted at pretty much the exact same time, motivated by our mutual affection for burritos.

Indeed sir, indeed. I get mine from a local place with a rather generic name: El Super Taco. Back when I lived in California, I was a big fan of the little hole in the wall Mexican restaurants on the predominantly Hispanic side of town, so I was really, really happy to find this place.

Place was called Mucho Burrito. You could basically build your own burrito, taco or quesidilla and put whatever you want in it.

Hey, you can see my place in this video. Of course, I live on the other side of the building.

The only burritos I have are ones I make at home. They're amazing. Although TBO I haven't tried them at restaurants or anything so maybe I should do that and see if I'm missing out on anything.

No issues there. :D

In the morning, my cat likes to lay by the kitchen table and let the sun bathe him through the window.

Computer is in the shop. Going to switch out my Asus P67 motherboard for one with the new Sandy Bridge B3 revision. I also got another 2 TB of hard disk space for my Blu-ray backups. Converting them all to 720p @ 60 FPS versus 1080p @ 24 FPS. Too much stuttering for my liking. I know some people like the "film look" or cinema look, but I'm not big on it. I like the motion interpolation even though it has it's flaws. Sounds weird coming from someone who owns a plasma TV.

Tried 1080p, but it took a whole day just for one 90 minute clip. And this was on my Sandy Bridge system.

Seems this new parallel runway they are building for my airport will be a Category 3a ILS. Not too many airports have this. There are only one or two which have Category 3c in the world, and less than one hundred airports or so which are category 3b.

Just installed my 2 TB hard drive. I think I'm up to around 9-10 TB of space.

The computer I'm currently using, which is fairly decent, only has 0.5 TB of hard space Posted Image

Mine's mostly filled with movies. I remember when they had 500 MB hard drives.

Another thing I haven't thought about is one of these days, my system is going to take a shit and all my data will be gone, so I should probably thinking about backing it all up. However, 10 TB of stuff, I'd need some sort of supreme backup plan.

There is a possibility...but 2 bottles of wine is a lot for a few hours.

I'll probably end up sobering up before going to bed.

I usually don't drink much, but put a few beers in me and you're looking at a totally different person. I tend to talk too much.

People tend to be slightly more interesting when they're partially drunk. Not completely drunk, because then they're just stupid, but when they're slightly drunk they tend to let their inhibitions go and say things they normally wouldn't.

I normally say things most people wouldn't. Although, I've never got drunk. Don't know what I'll say then.
