That's the stupidest concept I ever heard since Todd Akin conceived the concept of "legitimate rape". I'd like to see some German judge strike down a sexual assault case because the victim was "within an arm's length". Let's see how far that logic gets then.

I've stopped drinking so far this year and I won't until March in solidarity with my girlfriend who went to the doctor and found out she has mono (which means I have mono) and shouldn't drink.

This has resulted in me discovering a few things:
1. I drink a lot
2. I can almost function sober
3. I drink a lot

Different reason (DUI), but I'm over 6 months into 100% sober at all times. It's been worth it... but we'll see if I continue full teetotaler once the whole year is complete or not.
