Because a person or persons can change the conditions of another person, any of us can technically be changed... I know, as I have both been changed, and changed others. Not by destroying them with a knife however...

I suppose I say this because a few years ago, I spent a good while crafting well rounded arguments and was never able to convince the other person to see it differently.

I used to think the exact same way, I had no faith in humanity, its only recently I've been turning around and its cliche what I said, but its absolutely true; the absolute idiots are the loudest. Things could've been the exact same way back in the Wild West times, we just don't know if people were bickering idiots because there's no permanently archived part of the internet preserved to it like they are now.

The kind of people I was dealing with were extremely closed-minded.
Sometimes I just wanted to yell this at them.

I'll see if I can make a video like that. Shouldn't be too hard. There is a lot of videos of that particular scene on Youtube though.

http://www.iflscienc...-thick-universe
I calculated on my own and they were almost right.
Folding a paper in half 103 times would actually be 14 billions of light years thicker than the observable universe.
103 folds = 107,192,619,335.4 LY
observable universe size
~93,000,000,000 LY
An average paper is 0.1mm thick and you need 100 to make 1cm thick.
103 folds has 10141204801825835211973625643008 layers of paper.
