I've also heard rumors that they may also be remastering 24 for Blu-ray as well. It was shot on 35mm film, but mastered on 2K video tape (roughly 1080p resolution). They are going to bring it up to 4K resolution soon.
Really could use The Simpsons on Blu-ray as well. Those DVDs look ancient compared to the stuff out now. By that I mean it wasn't mastered well. Lots of color noise (rainbows), blockyness, and other stuff. A good mastered show like 24 looks quite well on DVD still. I'm not in a big rush to get that on Blu-ray, but it's nice they are working on it.

Cool, don't forget to install the DSFIX mod that bumps up the resolution and and a few other things, it makes a real difference.

Seems they are going to broadcast it first, then release the first season on Blu-ray a few months later. Last I heard, the first season should be on Blu-ray sometime this Spring. Don't have an exact date.
Damn, son.

Was a still shot of him lighting up a smoke, in an operating room of all places.

a little odd someone without a soundcanvas seemingly makes a whole soundcanvas soundfont requiring someone else to do some soundcanvas sampling....
Trevor James Sperlock. He really is Bryan's brother, and he is just as troubled. I usually don't use the word "noob" (as my religious practices forbid the use of strong language), but it's the truth! He really is a noob! (have mercy on my soul...)

Noob really isn't that bad. At least you didn't say N-I-Double-Monocles.
Don't bother checking your priviligge for that one. I ran it past my pangenered cisautistic transhuman communist friend and he said Lenin would have called the White Guards noobs.

Their tech support is broken and there's only so much "Get a new PC, get new internets!" I can tolerate. My PC is up to spec and my city has only a single ISP that is even remotely significant.

More than enough.
I wouldn't consider it a loss if James Cameron retired from making (fictional) films and put all his attention on his documentaries.

Seems like the only good thing that came out of NZ was the scenery of the LOTR movies. Almost everything else seems pretty worthless.
