Those are abnormally large pectoral muscles. The rest of his frame does not match the size of his pectoral muscles. Also, the lack of rigidness in his face makes it look feminine. The hand with nails is placed in such a way that it makes it hard to recognize that it isn't Duke's.
Honestly, the face is the biggest perpetrator; but the pecs don't help at all.

@Mr.Fibbles: That's how large pectorals look from that angle. I never had large pectorals when I Worked out but from that angle they looked huge.

Hey, I find Running With Scissors awesome, and I enjoy Postal 2. Looking forward to Postal 3. Yeah, the humor is crude as all hell, but it's absolutely great. It's social satire, and it works.

Bulletstorm, yeah, there's a lot of swearing, but they certainly used some creative cuss combos that I don't hear often, dick-tits.

By the way, in regards to the cover art, I'm with Mr. Deviance in that Duke is just buff. Those aren't man-tits, those are pecs viewed at a very sharp angle.

game but this looks close to it. Duke3d was edgy without going
over the deep end. Their creative direction with DNF seems to have

Perhaps it's my older age(39) along with having kids now. I just
don't think we need content like that.

I'm sure it'll be a hell of a game and I'll be playing it day 1 but
it definately won't compare to the charm Duke3d gave us.

I agree with you here but I'll hold my judgement until I've fully played the game. Might not be so bad in the end. A lot of focus was on the strip bar in Duke3d while that was only 1 single room in the entire game which is a very small part in the whole. Could be the same here now.
