I'd like to do that once If we go with 10, we can divide the 74 000 euros by 10 and if we wait another 10 years with our plan, we can divide it by 10 again probably because the cost will be lower. What do you think?

Who knows...
In the second world war, people thought Computers in 20 years from then would weigh 2 ton, and be twice (i think..?) as good as those they had at thier time...

My point is, that this might happen anytime, and very unexpected

It's impossible to happen soon though, as it costs too much right now, and space travelling is a muuuch longer process than that of a computer (the whole launching, lots of people having to monitor it, getting back to Earth, the tons of helicopters they need to send out to pick up the travellers, all the fual needed, the training involved, the cost of rockets, ...)
