Either way, 10 pushups don't even sound "seriously hard".

Depends on you and your body.
Also the way you say it, makes it sound like you have never done 10 pushups.

That's what you'd think but people have serious problems getting ten pushups. We had a few physical fitness tests in the army (back in 2004) and I was amazed at how difficult it seemed to be for people to get even 10. Being the type of person who laughs when someone falls (literally, not metaphorically), I had trouble controlling my laughter watching some fat fucks failing to get even one pushup. (Not that thin ones fared much better.)

If you have that much difficulty doing 10 pushups then you have a shitty body.

Actually, before commenting about 10 pushups I did them since I haven't done those in the long time. The only thing that I noticed to be somewhat hard was my breathing after pushups cause I did them really fast.

Holy shit!

I had trouble doing pull-ups at school long time ago. I couldn't even do one. But not pushups. Pushups are really easy to do...

Okay. remeber the faster you do the pushups, the easier it is.

Slower pushups with more controll is the way to go if you want to do proper workout.

And yes pushups is a very good way to keep your body in good shape.

If anyone is interrested then you can google the 100 pushups training program. It was pretty fun. You have about 7 weeks to manage to do 100 pushups. By the end of the seventh week i didn't manage to do 100. I only managed 80. But i didn't eat the way i should and i wasn't sleeping very much. I also forgot it some days, and you have to do that so you can get the right amount of rest between each day. Only about 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week, 7 weeks.

I can't do push ups or pull ups, but I can do hundreds of sit ups and put my legs behind my head, something most people can't do, so it's cool.

You can put your leg behind your head? Impressive...says a person who hasn't be able to touch his toes since this one time senior year of high school when he was actually flexible...and no memorable time before or since. I could probably do 10 push ups but I'd be hurting afterwards and I'd risk pulling something. I haven't done enough physical upper body stuff in too long. I tried to start it back up when I moved but then school etc took over my evenings/nights and made my schedule crunch.

This all has nothing to do with an addiction some people here have to self pleasuring and the chemicals released from that experience.

Working out gives a pleasuring feeling.

Also pulling your legs behind your head isn't something to be proud of. It doesn't really proof anything and you can't use it in any situations. I can do it myself and i seriously don't care and never tell people about it because it is so useless, and in most cases it really only matter how your genes are made.

I just did 10 pushups for the sake of it and I managed it no problem, and I'm not exactly very fit. I'm not even panting. After 20 I'd probably start to tire, and 30 would make me ache for a bit.

Contortionists get paid to do that shit. For a fat-fuck, I am extremely flexible.

Another one important point - masturbation and porn can make you almost senseless... I'm about sex now - it all affects sex. it can make sex suck. I'm telling this based on my experience. If you regularly masturbate(at least once a day or even more) serious shit may happen - as I've said you become almost senseless and you just couldn't cum, or otherwise you come not in proper time - I mean at the very beginning, after few frictions or even before for instance.

Do you mean since your jerking it so often your cum doesn't come (there a pun) straight out? meaning you delay the actual ejeculation to a second or so after (or before) you "get the feeling" so to speak.

And by senseless do you mean you don't really moan in plesure? If so there are way to fix at least one of your problems. I should know.

I don't quite know what he means because from personal experience I can say I have not experienced what he has.

I try to explain in simple words. There was a period in my life when I jerked regularly(at least once a day), then I come across a girl and had sex with her. I had sex the very first time then. And I just could'nt come, becuse when I penetrated her pussy, I felt almost nothing. Then I repeated fucking the next morning and I could sense differently her, so I could cum. I think becuse of so frequent masturbation my body was exhausted so there was almost nothing to cum... Moreover my sensetitiveness decreased. So it took me some time to revive just to have a good sex.

^^

The first time is usually not very good because of nervousness, incompetence, and your body not being used to a new type of stimulation. Unless you had been jacking off several times that day before you had sex, I doubt that you were exhausted.

Well huge bonus points for openly admitting that online, however I am amazed you could cum in the morning. I can bearly stand in the mornings let alone fuck a girl.

I can relate to the other parts of your post however.

You can't make assumptions like that because of the first time. If there was a problem for a month then you could say that. And even then it could have been not masturbation related.

@ #SH@DOW# I think that your subconscious gives your answer. Shift the focus from yourself to the woman, and if self pleasure interferes, just reduce it and toss away the useless porn and open up your imagination to her(them). Just do what you think is right for you and follow your instinct and listen very hard to it, it is you, after all. http://forums2.duke4...tyle_emoticons/default/smile.gif

All things are good in moderation. If that's all someone does is watch porn, then you've got a problem. If they watch it a couple times a week for 10 minutes, then I don't see any issues.

As for WoW, I used to play a lot. Now I'm more casual about it. Sure I'm 85 and all, but I haven't even touched end game (dungeons, etc), and the expansion has been out since December 7th. I only have one level 85, and I don't plan on making any more. I read some people have cleared every single portion of the content. Now they certainly have some big addiction issues there.

Again, you talk as if it was an issue. The fact that you call everybody sick only makes you sick dude.

I read Jeff's post carefully and could not find the part where he said that everyone was sick. In fact, he didn't say that anyone was "sick", just that people who play WoW all day have a serious addiction issue.

Jhect, you have a serious trolling addiction. Maybe you should start a thread about it and get some help.

If a person has an issue, then there is something wrong with them. There is nothing wrong with people who likes to play a game.

How can you not see that?

And no, i don't have a "serious trolling addiction". I find it weird that you think that.

You said he was sick and that he was calling everyone else sick, which is simply false. So I concluded that you were trolling. Seems pretty clear cut. No one in this thread said or implied that there is something wrong with people just because they like to play a game. But I've wasted enough time here.

You simply don't understand. What i said is, that most people says that you have mental problems if you do something unnatural to the specific person. But people are different. I didn't call him sick lol.

Now stop wasting everyones times here.
