Coverting max and 3ds to md3 format?  "Max and 3ds formats"

Hi there.

How can i convert .max and .3ds models to md2 or md3 format? I mean the easiest way... :)

NPherno's MD3 compiler converts a lot of 3DS files properly but occasionally messes them up.

I don't know about what converts max files.

.max is a proprietary format that can only be opened by 3ds max.
