can't change my avatar

I tried to use a new avatar and I also used a pic with max. 20 kb but it didn't worked. Help please!

If it's a PNG, try running PNGOUT on it. Maybe the server doesn't like the maximum size, or maybe you think you're 20 KB but you're actually over.

Yeah, or try saving it in low quality JPG format.
