I have found an early beta version of Duke Nukem Time To Kill.
There is a lot of difference in it, like unknown monsters, unknown levels, differents sounds and movements... and you can choose all of the levels in the menu.

Question: Where did you get this beta? If you have the original disc, please rip it with CloneCD.
Also, try to follow the TOSEC and redump.org dumping guides.

Doesnt seem to work. Tried a bunch different video plugins, it just sits on a blank screen.

I don't have the CD, I have found this on the site Betaarchive.
And it's work.
Open TTK.mds with Daemon Tools, and use "run CDROM" with Epsx.

Yeah, like I said, it goes to a black screen and then nothing. Dozens of video plugins and I get nothing.

When I open the game with "Run ISO" I have a black screen, but when I open the iso with Daemon Tools and use "run CDROM" the game work.
