I always wondering if it exists a code that effect a sector or etc.
Makes you slip like you're on ice or something.

Going from your last thread about how you can't even get a simple skybox to work I am suprised you would ask this...
And of course it exists, you can do anything in EDuke32...

And thats why it won't. If your using the same numbers and tiles as him of course it wont work.
You will not learn any coding for Duke if you expect everyone to keep giving you the code and then you just copy and pasting it.

I did a test.
Results.
Codes are correct.
Jpeg wasn't correct. (maybe its size but still unknown)
I moved Mikko's code to my own duke folder.
Thing did not work.
I removed my (model/skybox) put Mikko's skies and it worked.

There's a dukeplus effect that makes a sector slippery like that. http://deeperthought.../DPEFFECTS.html but it needs the dukeplus mod to work

I was going to suggest that one too.

Strictly arguing semantics, he didn't actually ask for any code. Only if it existed.

I played the first level or so and after being forced to listen to some horrible music for like 2 mins then some long ass elevator, I quit.

I have seen these topics before that he has made on 3DR, when he says if it exists he is meaning if anyone will code it... He is French Canadian and the English translation at times can be bad.
