This has probaly been asked a thousand time, but i have been unable to find anything. I would love for someone just to point me in the right direction...


How do i play duke nukem tc's with eduke32?

i have a lot of tc's which only contain huge grp files... but how do i load them with eduke32? and with the hrp

EDuke32 TCs played with the HRP can be a royal pain in the arse, so I rarely bother with it. Personally I just extract all the resources into one directory, basically making the single directory dedicated to the one mod, because it's such a pain in the neck to go through the whole process of making this work or that work.

Easy:
-place your Mod/TC GRP, CON files in the same place you have your duke3d.grp file.
-create a new text file, in the text file type:
eduke32 /xYourConFile /gYourTCGrpFile
thats all (assuming you have eduke32.exe in the same folder you got duke3d.grp)
you can also add more cons or more grps, like
eduke32 /xYourCon /xYourCon2 /gYourTCGrpFile
-Rename the text file's extenation/end to .bat
and there you go, run the new .bat file.
