Couple Questions on Updating

Wow, I haven't checked out the HRP since it first came out, now I'm back.
Anyway, I downloaded the full 4.0(321) HRP and the 4.1.1 update. Now the update instructions just say to "drop it in the duke3d\autoload\duke3d.grp" folder. So my folder structure should look like "\duke3d\autoload\duke3d.grp\hrp_update.zip"?

I downloaded the newest eDuke32 and DukePlus and just overwrote the existing files that came with the HRP, I assume that is safe?

Also, when I first launched eDuke32, the "Custom game content directory" is by default set to None and the "Enable autoload folder" is unchecked. I assume I should set the content directory to DukePlus and check the autoload option?
