Return to Castle Wolfenstein Problem  "Multiplayer issues"

Hello, i got a new system and monitor ( you can call it a new pc ) and i installed RTCW from 2001 on my pc.
I played Singleplayer about a hour, no problems, stays at 333 fps ( i limited it )
But when i started playing it was very laggy, the frame rate was very poor, like i got a old pc, the connection was fine, but it kept stuttering for no appearing reason.
Any of you guys got a solution for this ?

So you are getting problems with MP right ?
