Can't Disable Mapster32 Startup Config

Hello everyone. Sorry, I'm probably missing something here. I can't stop the mapster32 startup config window from showing up. I unchecked "Always show this window at startup", tried "-nosetup" and forcesetup = 0 in mapster32.cfg. I am able to disable the window for eduke32 but not mapster. I set the window size and position in the .cfg but when I start it again, I'm forced to choose default parameters. Any ideas or is it even possible? If I am missing something obvious, I will gladly accept any quick kicks from the mighty boot I have coming to me.
